Trainer Profile:

Chia Weng Lee is a consulting partner to the Results-Based Leadership group, USA and a professional facilitator who has trained participants across Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to his present role, he has 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting across Asia Pacific spanning the Public Sector, Executive Search, Banking, Management Consulting, Chemicals and FMCG industries.

His last corporate position was as Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard in China. His extensive specialisation includes Human Resources Management, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Career Management, Productivity and Quality.
