Event Description

This popular workshop will help you question the "specific relevance" of a person's experience and refresh your interviewing skills. Some of the objectives will include deducing if the candidate is lying, preparing 16 types of interview questions, and interviewing candidates using 5 different interview styles.

The course will be conducted by Haridas Ramadas (Hari) who has over 18 years of experience in designing and conducting training programmes in Selection Interviewing, Performance Management and Workforce Planning.

The course is approved by SDF for all SMEs and is for all who are involved in the Selection Process.

Trainer Profile:

Haridas Ramadas (Hari) designs and conducts training programmes in human resource management, mainly in selection interviews, performance management and workforce planning.

He has more than 18 years experience HR training and consultancy. His experience includes conducting public programmes, as well as in-house programmes for GMP, KLM Cargo, Pan United, Courts, Centrepoint Properties, Humming House, Brunei Shell, CPF Board and MINDEF.
