Trainer Profile:
Janarthanan Selvarajoo has more than 10 years of
experience with the Ministry of Manpower and has held the positions of Director
Employment Inspectorate, Deputy Controller of Work Permits, Assistant
Commissioner for Labour and
He has
worked closely with several industry associations, agencies and regulatory
government agencies, and established himself as a highly knowledgeable and
experienced HR Management practitioner with hands-on experience including
development and implementation regulatory policies, labour
standards, review of employment trends, promotion of best practices and
education on employment laws.
Janar holds a
Bachelor of Business in Management & Marketing, Higher Diploma in Business
Studies and a Diploma in Business Administration & Marketing. He is now
actively giving large-scale presentation to associations, organisations
and companies from various industries on topics pertaining to Foreign Manpower
Management, Employment Act and Labour Standards.
