Trainer Profile:
Jenny Au has 25 years of management
experience in global environment for Human Resource Management, Customer
Service, Sales Support and General Management. She held senior and middle
management positions at SV Probe (HR Director), KLA-Tencor
(Senior Regional HR Manager), Chartered Semiconductor (HR Section Manager),
National Semiconductor (HR Administrator), Molex Singapore (General
Administrator/ Sales & Customer Service) & Management Consultant
Services.
She has
established herself as a highly experienced Human Resource Management
Practitioner with hands-on experience including development and implementation
on Human Resource Policies, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit,
Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Welfare & Orientation and
Training & Development.
Jenny Au
holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, Graduate Diploma in
Personnel Management and Advance Certificate in Management. She has also done
part-time lecturing Certificate & Diploma levels in HRM. Apart from HRM
specialization, Jenny has also conducted in-house programs for SME and MNC
organizations in Customer-Service and Leadership.
